Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation requests must be sent to us by email to info@brazilconnectionuk.com, by the lead name on your booking and reference number. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, the principal(s) or supplier(s) may be entitled to charge a cancellation fee as specified in their terms and conditions.

Brazil Connection UK will charge £70 adm fee for each booking refunded.

All refunds requested during the COVID outbreak, the airlines can take up to 1 year to process.

Bookings are usually non-refundable unless stated otherwise any time after the date of booking. In addition, as we incur administration costs in processing your cancellation request, we charge an administration fee of £30.00 per passenger.

If the cancellation is made by the airline, than you will have an options for rebooking the flights or to leave the tickets open for future rebooking. Airline may charge rebooking fees and any fare difference (Subject to availability of seats).

If the flights has issued on Non-Refundable fares, we will not refund any money. We reserve the rights to charge admin fees if the cancellation charges made by our suppliers may be higher than the cost of the deposit.

Note: Charges will apply, if customer is purchasing the tickets and then requesting a cancellation the next day as per the airlines policy. Any Fare difference will be applicable for the confirmed booking including our admin fee.

If the flights are issued on Refundable fares, than you are entitled to receive the refund for your tickets. Admin fee of 10% will apply of the total amount paid.

Changes and Amendments:
If you are requesting a date change for confirmed flights, the airline may charge a Rebooking fee/Fare difference (Subject to availability of seats if the new dates are occurring on high season)
If you test positive for Covid: The airline will exempt an exchange fine (upon presentation for the test at least 5 hours before flight), a fare difference will be charged for new dates – and subject to a maximum period for rescheduling.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Full booking conditions are available on request. Correct visas, valid passports and any essential documents (e.g. travel insurance) are the client’s responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Corrections may not be possible and failure to do so may incur amendment fees. Deposits are non-refundable/non-transferable. Credit/debit card charges are applicable. Prices do not include scheduled airline failure cover unless you purchase travel insurance with us. It is imperative that you reconfirm your return flights locally, directly with the airline 72 hours before departure. Failure to do so can result in missed departure.
The airline record locator can be used for checking in online on the airlines website. Also please use this locator to identify your reservation when contacting the airline directly. Security update: Airports and airlines now require that you obtain a boarding pass before entering the security checkpoint. Review the latest airport security rules. Final seating assignments are controlled by the airline.

Please check that all passports are valid, if they expire within 6 months of your return travel date please contact us to confirm their validity. Children under 16 years of age must be shown either on a valid parental passport or on their own passport. Any person over 16 years of age requires their own passport. You are responsible for checking all travel documents and Brazil Connection UK, does not take any responsibility for denied boarding due to invalid documents security delays and health restrictions.

Should you need to cancel or change your holiday we must be advised in writing as charges levied over and above the deposit may well apply depending on the tour operator and / or airline policies and terms and conditions. In addition we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for any changes to your booking should this be applicable.

1. All bookings are accepted and processed under our terms and conditions which are available on request.
2. Please note timings are subject to change. Any re-issue / re-validation / cancellation of ticket will incur an administrative fee.
3. Visa documentation & health precautions along with any reconfirmation of flights are your responsibility.
4. Passengers travelling to/ or via USA/CANADA: will require an ESTA at least 72 hours prior to travel, even for transit purposes.
5. Children under 18 travelling to South Africa and Botswana : All minors travelling will be required to carry certified copies Birth Certificate, and in the event that only one parent is travelling, certified written consent from the other parent to allow the child to travel.
